What areas does carolinas waste service provide weekly service?
We provide services in Anson County and surrounding areas.
Does Carolinas Waste Service provide a trash cart?
Yes. However, if you choose to receive a CWS trash cart, the monthly service fee is $25.95. If you provide your own trash cart or receptacle, your monthly service fee is $19.95.
Should my trash be bagged?
Yes. All household garbage should be bagged prior to placing in your can or roadside to be collected.
What type of can should be used?
Carolinas Waste Service will service up to (3) 32 gallon cans or (1) 96 gallon cart. Customers may also choose not to use a can and place bags out to be collected. Bags will be limited to 7.
Do I have to use a can?
No. However, there is a limit of 7 household trash bags for weekly service. The customer will be responsible for any loose trash, due to damaged bags (dogs, cats, wild animals, etc.).
What day and time is my trash pickup?
The customers’ can must be visible and within 10 feet of the road. Cans should be placed beside the road the night prior to your service day or by 5 a.m. of the service day. Customers will be notified of their service day upon completion of customer registration.
DOES Carolinas Waste service provide bulk item pick-up?
Yes. If you have bulk items, outside of your household weekly trash, they can be removed for an additional fee by calling 704-465-7233 to schedule the additional pick-up. The pick-up charges will vary by bulk item.
How much does it cost to have weekly trash pick-up?
Carolinas Waste Service offers 2 convenient option plans for service.
Providing your own trash cart or receptacle:
Monthly - $19.95 Quarterly - $59.85
Using a CWS Trash Cart:
Monthly - $25.95 Quarterly - $77.85
How do i become a customer of carolinas waste service?
There are 3 different options to register for service.
Option 1: Complete the customer registration on the website.
Option 2: Email carolinaswaste@gmail.com. Please include your name and a phone number.
Option 3: Call 704-465-7233 to speak with someone.
When is my bill due?
Invoices will be sent out via email or mail (customer’s choice) on the 15th of each month prior to service. The payments will be due on the 5th of the following month. All bills are subject to a late fee of $5 if the payment is not postmarked by the 5th. Service will be suspended for non-payment.
how can i pay my bill?
Payments can be made by mailing a check or money order, Cash App, or over the phone using your debit or credit card. There will be a $1.00 surcharge to all credit and debit cards.
