I am Marty K. Morton, Jr., Owner and President of Carolinas Waste Service, LLC. I grew up in the solid waste industry. Being from a small family-owned business, as a kid, I always looked forward to riding with my dad and grandpa on the trash route. Through the years, this trade has stuck with me. After graduation and schooling, I chose to pursue a career in the solid waste industry.

Spending 23 years in the solid waste industry, I worked my way from the back of the truck on residential collection, into commercial collection, cart & dumpster delivery, truck maintenance, and lastly, a supervisory role in management. During all of these years, I learned all lines of the business. From physically collecting solid waste, finance, billing, dispatch, personnel management, and route planning on the operations and administrative levels, I became well versed and experienced in all aspects of the solid waste industry.

During my years spent in the solid waste industry, unfortunately, I learned larger “big box” collection companies only care about the revenue of overpriced service, not the customer’s needs or finances. After years of experiencing this type of business and regret for it, I decided to take my 23 years of experience and open Carolinas Waste Service, LLC. Through lots of prayer and trusting in God, I stepped out on faith, as my Grandma has always spoke, and started my journey. A journey to bring affordable, customer service based trash collection service to your community.

I provide the type of business and customer service to you that I expect myself.
