Sample Bill

Above is a sample bill. You will have the choice to be mailed or emailed your bill. All bills will be sent on the 15th of each month. The payment is due on the 5th of the following month. If the bill is not paid by the 10th of the month, the payment will be subject to a late charge of $5.00.

Payment Options

Credit/Debit Card: You will still receive a bill, whether it is by mail or email. Payment will be charged on the end of each month. If you choose credit/debit card, it will be manually entered by Carolinas Waste Service, LLC monthly. You will only have to give us your information once.

Checks: You will still receive a bill, whether it is by mail or email. Make your checks payable to Carolinas Waste Service, LLC. Mail the checks to Carolinas Waste Service, LLC, P.O. Box 564, Wadesboro, NC 28170. Please include your customer number in the memo line on the check. It must be postmarked by the 5th of the month to avoid late charges.

Cash App: On the 15th of the month, we will request your bill amount each month. In the description of the request, we will include the breakdown of the bill and your account number. If you choose to have your bill mailed or emailed, we can do that. Our Cash App name is $carolinaswaste. Payment must be received by the 5th of the month to avoid late charges.

Please be consistent with the payment type from month to month. We do not want you get double charged.
